Nature Sunward

Presets that store the destination, not the knobs.

In Nature Sunward a preset is six measured targets: level, tone, punch, sustain, smoothness and width. Press Seek and it measures your sound on the same six scales, moves a small chain until the result reads the targets, then freezes and shows the settings it arrived at as ordinary values you can trim. Where a target cannot be reached within safe limits it says so, and by how much.

For Getting a voice, drums, bass, guitars, keys or a mix bus to a known place quickly, on any source, and matching one sound to another with Capture.

The same preset lands in the same place on a quiet take and on a hot one.
After the freeze nothing is automated: it is a fixed chain you can read and adjust.
Capture reads the six numbers from any sound and makes a preset of them.
The factory destinations in this preview are placeholders, not yet captured from reference recordings.
