Nature Bedrock

Kick and bass as one system: ducked only where they cancel, aligned so they add.

Nature Bedrock

Nature Bedrock sits on the bass with the kick as its side-chain and treats the two as one system. At every kick it measures whether they add or cancel and ducks the bass only as far as the cancelling needs; it finds the polarity and delay that make them add, evens out the level of each bass note, adds a sub steered to the kick and harmonics for small speakers.

  • Sub and harmonics are sines locked to the note that is played, so they are in tune.
